The Show

We had a VERY eventful show this week. There were jokes, there was controversy, there were a ton of callers. We played the new New Era Base and Young Harding joints back to back and the phone lines blew up with reaction. Overall it seems everyone was pleased with both songs. Cap from New Era Base even called into say his former partner in rhyme was “on his A game” when it cames to “Urban Genesis.”

Two FUSA females stopped by the studio to relate a story about being hit on by Michael Bolton. Personally I think it’s a little weird that Michael Bolton would take two 20 year old girls back to his house to hang out with in a hot tub, but I guess if you’ve got it, go for it.

We discussed the August installment of The Cut and played our two headliners, Contraband and 275, back to back. Rain also called in to talk about the show.

Big ups to all of our callers including Bam, Cap, Bori Puro, Young Harding, Rain, Bridgette, Meghan and Lex.

If you liked what you heard don’t forget to tune in to 88.5FM or wvof.org every Tuesday at 10PM EST for In Da Mixx.
